What is it about our members?

There are some great people that work hard to make this one of the best associations in the area.  It seems we are different than many volunteer groups as we have so many people willing to step up and do whatever needs to be done.

Kristen and Dan Jessie are two of those people.  They have been members of Black River Youth Hockey for quite a few years now and during that time you can count on them for just about anything.  Dan has helped fundraise for our association by asking his employer to donate items for raffle.  He and Kristen sell enough calendars each year to fulfill the requirement of several families.  They are the equipment managers for the association and go over and above each year helping families get the equipment they need to play.  You very seldom see either Dan or Kristin sitting idle at the rink; they are always doing something for someone.  They always have a smile and are willing to help any way they can.

So what is it about our members?  They are great!
